What the Mazda 6 Badge Represents

Mazda 6 is the model name Mazda uses worldwide for its mid-size family sedan and wagon (sold as the Atenza in some Asian markets during part of its production run). The "6" badge sits alongside the Mazda winged emblem on the trunk lid or tailgate, marking the car apart from the smaller Mazda 3 or larger Mazda CX-9. The tailgate emblem shown in this collection uses raised, chrome-style 3D lettering similar to Mazda's own factory script, reproduced here as a custom aftermarket part.

Placement and Fitment Guidance

The featured product is built for the Mazda 6 III generation tailgate, but the lettering style and mounting method can be adapted to earlier Mazda 6 generations or other trunk-mounted locations. Tell us your model year and whether your tailgate already has mounting holes from a factory badge - we can match the existing hole pattern or supply adhesive-backed mounting instead.

Materials, Finish and Mounting

We produce Mazda 6 badges in chrome-plated ABS, brushed or polished stainless steel, and matte or gloss black finishes. Mounting typically uses OEM-style plastic pins plus automotive adhesive, so the finished badge sits flush and secure without visible fasteners.

Before You Order

Confirm your Mazda 6 generation (GG, GH, GJ, or GL/Atenza) and whether you want the numeral alone or paired with the Mazda winged badge. Since these are custom builds rather than stock inventory, production time depends on finish and size - let us know your target install date when you inquire.

FAQ

Is this a genuine Mazda part? No, it is an aftermarket emblem made by Decoinfabric and is not sold, licensed, or endorsed by Mazda Motor Corporation.

Can this badge be made for a different Mazda model? Yes - the lettering style shown can be recreated for any Mazda model name; just tell us which one.

What finish do you recommend? Chrome-style ABS most closely matches factory Mazda trim, while brushed stainless steel gives a more custom, understated look.
