The Volvo S60 is Volvo's compact executive sport sedan, produced since 2000 and now in its 3rd generation (2018+) - the first Volvo manufactured in the USA at their Charleston, South Carolina plant. The 3rd generation S60 uses the SPA architecture with 2.0T inline-4 engines: B4 (197 hp), B5 (250 hp), T6 (310 hp), T8 Recharge PHEV (455 hp combined, 64 km EV range). The S60 Polestar Engineered (2021+) with 415 hp, ï¿œhlins manually adjustable dampers, Brembo brakes, and Polestar optimized software is a genuine driver's car that rivals BMW M3 for driver engagement at a lower price point. Available only as a sedan (no wagon in S60 gen 3 - that became the V60). Competes with BMW 3 Series, Mercedes C-Class, and Audi A4.
