The Infiniti Q50 is Nissan's luxury performance sedan, launched in 2013 as the successor to the G37. The Q50 Red Sport 400 features Infiniti's VR30DDTT twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 producing 400 hp - the same engine that powers the Nissan GT-R 50th Anniversary edition - making it one of the most powerful naturally aspirated sports sedans at its price point. The Q50 also offered an available Direct Adaptive Steering (DAS) - a steer-by-wire system that was one of the first in a production car, allowing variable steering ratio and torque vectoring without a mechanical steering column connection. Available with 2.0T (208 hp), 3.0T (300 hp), and 3.0T Sport 400 (400 hp). The Q50 competes against the BMW 3 Series, Mercedes C-Class, and Audi A4 in the entry luxury sports sedan segment.
