The Jaguar XE is Jaguar's entry-level executive sport sedan, launched in 2014 to challenge the BMW 3 Series, Mercedes C-Class, and Audi A4. Built on JLR's D7a all-aluminum architecture (like the F-PACE), the XE achieves one of the lowest weights in its class at 1,527 kg - contributing to its outstanding chassis dynamics. Available with 2.0L Ingenium inline-4 (200-300 hp) and 3.0L V6 supercharged (340 hp in XE S). The XE SV Project 8 (2018-2020, limited to 300 worldwide) featured a hand-built 5.0L supercharged V8 (600 hp), carbon fiber bodywork, and set the record for the fastest sedan at the Nurburgring at 7:21.23 - faster than a Lamborghini Gallardo. At ïżœ149,995 the Project 8 was one of the most exclusive Jaguars ever sold.
