Hyundai Veloster Logo Trunk Emblem

What the Veloster Badge Represents

Veloster is Hyundai's distinctively styled sport hatchback, known for its asymmetric door layout and, in later years, the performance-focused Veloster N. The tailgate wordmark badge is a straightforward way to identify the model, and this listing recreates it as a custom emblem. The Veloster's unusual three-door layout and hatch shape make its tailgate distinct from typical Hyundai models, so badge placement and curvature are worth double-checking against your specific generation.

Placement and Fitment

Tailgate Mounting

The featured emblem is designed for the rear tailgate of a first-generation Veloster, using the MIXT-style finish shown, and can be resized to fit the second-generation Veloster N tailgate on request.

Materials and Finish

Decoinfabric builds this badge in a mixed gloss/matte MIXT finish by default, with gloss black, chrome, and painted options available. The badge is built to hold its finish under regular washing and sun exposure on the rear hatch.

Installation Notes

A clean, dry tailgate surface helps the badge adhere securely, and matching the new emblem to your existing mounting holes avoids the need for extra drilling. If you are covering an older, faded factory badge, Decoinfabric can size the replacement to the same footprint.

First-Gen vs Veloster N Differences

The original Veloster and the later Veloster N share a family resemblance but differ in tailgate proportions, spoiler treatment, and overall rear-end styling, since the N was engineered as a dedicated performance model rather than a badge-engineered trim. Because of this, Decoinfabric treats each generation as its own fitment rather than assuming a single universal size, which is why confirming your exact model year matters more here than it would on a less heavily revised nameplate. If you are restoring a Veloster after bodywork or a repaint, it also helps to mention whether the surrounding paint has fully cured, since fresh paint can affect how well adhesive-backed badges bond.

Before You Order

Confirm your Veloster generation and whether you want the emblem to match your factory badge footprint or serve as an added accent, since mounting hole spacing differs between generations.
