Power Liftgate Kit for the Roewe RX5

Roewe RX5 Power Liftgate Fitment Options

The Roewe RX5 is covered by 2 separate power liftgate kits due to listed fitment differences between versions. Choosing the correct product for your specific vehicle version avoids fitment issues after ordering.

Choose the Correct Fitment

Check your RX5's registration documents or build plate for the production year or generation before ordering. If your vehicle falls near a fitment boundary, compare the details on the relevant product pages or contact us to confirm which kit applies.

Available Kit Configurations

Available options vary by vehicle and product. Depending on the version selected, the RX5 kit may include automatic open and close operation, a foot-sensor trigger, or a soft-close function; check the individual product page for the exact configuration offered.

How the System Can Be Controlled

Selected kits support control through the original key fob, a tailgate button, or a driver-area button; a foot sensor may also be available depending on the configuration. Control methods depend on the selected kit and vehicle configuration.

Confirm Compatibility Before Ordering

Before ordering, confirm the production year or generation of your RX5, its trim, and the current tailgate configuration. This is especially important if your vehicle falls near a fitment boundary.

Installation Requirements

Installation on the RX5 is vehicle-specific and can include electrical stays, a control module, wiring, buttons, and a lock or soft-close unit, depending on the kit. Not every kit includes all of these elements - check the product page for what is included with your selected version.
