About the RTR Spec 5 and Spec 2 Badges

RTR Vehicles, founded by professional drifter Vaughn Gittin Jr., builds performance packages for the Ford Mustang, with "Spec" numbers denoting different trim levels. This emblem reproduces the Spec 5 and Spec 2 badge styles for owners and fans who want that look on their own grille, whether or not their car has the factory RTR package.

Fitment: Ford Mustang Grille

This emblem is sized for a standard Ford grille opening and mounts using pins or adhesive backing similar to factory grille badges. Because Mustang grille designs changed across generations, tell us your model year so we can confirm the fit or adjust the badge size.

Materials, Finish and Mounting

Made to order in a durable metal or resin composite, this badge is available in chrome, black, or color-matched finishes, and mounts with factory-style pins or 3M automotive adhesive depending on your grille bar spacing.

Before You Order

Confirm your Mustang (or other Ford model) grille style, preferred Spec number, and finish before ordering. Since RTR Spec badges are not official Ford products, this is a made-to-order custom recreation - contact us if you want a different Spec number or design tweak.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an official RTR Vehicles product?

No. This is an aftermarket recreation of the Spec 5 and Spec 2 badge styles, not manufactured or licensed by RTR Vehicles or Ford.

Does my Mustang need the factory RTR package to use this badge?

No, the badge is purely cosmetic and can be fitted to any compatible grille regardless of your car actual trim.

Whats the difference between Spec 5 and Spec 2?

They are different RTR badge styling numbers - specify which one you want when ordering.

Can I get a different Spec number badge?

Yes, we can build Spec 1 through Spec 5 style badges or other custom designs - just tell us what you need.
