Listed Vehicle Applications

Vehicle applications are based on the current product catalog. Confirm the exact chassis, body style and production range before ordering.

How the Soft-Close System Works

Depending on the kit design, a motorized latch or closing mechanism engages after the door reaches its initial catch position and pulls it fully shut. The system does not open the door automatically and does not move a fully open door to the body.

Door and Kit Configuration

Some kits are sold for two doors and others for four, and the exact configuration depends on the vehicle's door count and the selected kit. Check the product page for the precise configuration and included components before ordering.

Installation Considerations

Installation requirements vary by vehicle and kit. The process may involve removing door trim, replacing or modifying latch components and connecting automotive wiring. Professional installation is recommended when the installer does not have relevant experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Audi RS 4 chassis are listed on this page? See the Available Chassis and Body Styles section above for the specific generations and body styles covered.

Does a kit for one Audi RS 4 chassis fit another? Do not assume so. Each listed chassis is shown as a separate product because fitment has not been confirmed across generations; check the product page for the specific vehicle configuration before ordering.

How many doors does each kit cover? Door count depends on the selected kit; check the product page for the exact configuration.

Is professional installation recommended? Yes, unless the installer has automotive electrical experience, since fitting involves connecting to the vehicle's door wiring in addition to mechanical work at the latch.
