Power Liftgate Kits for Forthing Vehicles

Power Liftgate Kits for Forthing Models

Forthing's lineup is listed through dedicated model pages rather than a single combined listing. Kits are separated by model because tailgate dimensions, latch position and wiring layout are vehicle-specific, so one kit cannot be assumed to fit a different Forthing model. Production years and trim can also affect the correct fitment, which is why the model page is the place to confirm the exact version for your vehicle.

Select Your Forthing Model

Pick your model from the selector above to reach its dedicated kit page, where fitment and configuration are listed for that specific vehicle.

Available Power Liftgate Configurations

Available options vary by vehicle and product. Depending on the model, a kit may include automatic open and close operation, a foot-sensor trigger, or a soft-close function. Check the individual product page for the exact feature list of the kit you are considering.

How to Check Compatibility

Confirming fitment before ordering avoids returns and delays:

1. Select your Forthing model from the list above.
2. Open the model page and review the confirmed production years or generation.
3. Compare your vehicle's trim and current tailgate setup with the product description.
4. Check the product page for the specific kit configuration and included components.
5. If your vehicle falls near a production or generation boundary, confirm the exact fitment before ordering.

What Installation Involves

Because installation is vehicle-specific, kits combine mechanical tailgate hardware with electrical wiring tied into the vehicle's existing release and control circuits. Some kits also require routing wiring through the tailgate and cabin and connecting a control module. If the installer lacks automotive electrical experience, professional installation is recommended.
