The Infiniti QX70 (formerly FX35/FX50) is Infiniti's midsize sporty luxury crossover, produced from 2002 to 2017 - an early pioneer of the sporty coupe-SUV concept that BMW X6 later popularized. The final QX70 (S51, 2013-2017) used either a 3.7L V6 VQ37VHR (325 hp) or 5.0L V8 VK50VE (390 hp). The QX70 was notable for being developed with input from Porsche Cayenne engineers and featuring the most sports car-like driving dynamics of any luxury crossover at its price. The QX70 Sport Design Package with 21-inch forged alloys, sport body kit, and Recaro sport seats made it one of the most visually dramatic luxury crossovers available. Though discontinued, the QX70 remains sought-after in the second-hand market for its unique combination of V8 performance and crossover practicality.
