Audi S4 Logo Kofferraum-Emblem

What the S4 Badge Represents

S4 marks Audi's performance-tuned version of the A4, typically pairing a more powerful engine and quattro all-wheel drive with the standard A4's body. The tailgate badge is a quick way to distinguish an S4 from an A4 at a glance, and this listing recreates that lettering as a custom emblem. Because the S4 has been built on several different A4 generations over the years, tailgate shape, curvature, and badge spacing have shifted along with each redesign.

Placement and Fitment

Tailgate and Trunk Mounting

The featured emblem is designed for the rear tailgate or trunk lid, using adhesive backing or factory-style mounting pins matched to your S4 generation's hole pattern.

Materials and Finish

Decoinfabric produces this badge in the MIXT finish shown, with gloss black, chrome, and color-matched paint also available on request. The material is selected to hold its finish through regular washing, sun exposure, and typical daily driving conditions.

Installation Notes

Cleaning and degreasing the tailgate surface before mounting helps the emblem seat securely, and matching the badge to your existing mounting holes avoids extra drilling. If your current S4 badge has faded, peeled, or gone missing, Decoinfabric can build a replacement to the same footprint.

Why Order a Custom S4 Emblem

Genuine Audi replacement badges are not always easy to source for older S4 generations, and pricing through a dealer can run high for what is ultimately a small trim piece. A custom-made emblem from Decoinfabric gives you a comparable or upgraded look, in the exact finish you want, without waiting on OEM parts availability or paying dealer markup for a badge that a specialist shop can reproduce closely. This also gives owners doing a de-badge or re-badge project the flexibility to swap an S4 emblem onto a car that previously wore A4 badging, or vice versa, as part of a broader personalization project.

Before You Order

Confirm your S4 generation and body style (sedan or Avant), since tailgate curvature and mounting hole spacing can differ, and specify whether the emblem should replace an existing badge or serve as an added accent.
